Its chronic nature, signs, symptoms, which vary periodically from mild to severe, have many negative effects the for sufferer; therefore, appropriate treatment these patients highly important can improve patients' Quality life. This clinical study aimed at evaluating therapeutic efficacy Asafoetida in improving IBS through IBS-QOL questionnaire. was done 20 patients, where 10 were given a placebo. The statistical results showed that gave better compared control group.
